1. Avi, My class just fin­ished read­ing Per­loo and see­ing this video. Sev­er­al of my stu­dents have so enjoyed your Pop­py series, and it was fun to hear where the char­ac­ters came from. Oth­er stu­dents mar­vel over how “real” your char­ac­ters sound to peo­ple. You con­tin­ue to inspire the next gen­er­a­tion of writers-to-be!
